Meet Kristen

Kristen holds her MSW from Middle Tennessee State University and works with individual adults navigating trauma, relationship wounds, shame, anxiety, and depression.

Kristen knows what it means to sit with people in their hardest moments. Before becoming a therapist, she spent over a decade supporting grieving families, holding space in some of life's most devastating moments. That experience didn't just shape her career. It shaped who she is in the room: steady, warm, and deeply respectful of each person's story.

She specializes in complex trauma, PTSD, and betrayal trauma, particularly the disorienting aftermath of being hurt by someone you trusted most. Trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she helps clients gently untangle the beliefs and patterns keeping them stuck. She's also a certified Associate Partner Trauma Therapist (APTT) through IITAP, a specialized credential in partner trauma recovery.
