Men
Weighed down? Burned out? No one REALLY listens and understands you? Shara has spent hours reading, studying, and listening to the challenges that men face. While living in a culture that often discourages men to share emotional expression, it often leaves men carrying their burdens in silence. Shara offers a trusted, supportive space where men can process so many of life’s pressures while building emotional connection and resilience.
Teens
Is your teen Moody? Noncommunicative? Expressing a desire for counseling? Isolating? Having a change in performance? Shara's professional experience in the school system with teens and families offers excellent support to teens and their parents. She supports teens through the challenges of adolescence by building trust, offering a safe space to process emotions, and serving as a bridge between parents and teens. With compassion and balance, she helps tens feel heard and empowered to not just survive-but thrive during this formative season.
Couples
