  • What types of payments do you accept?

    Cash and all major credit cards. Payment is due at time of service. Services are non-refundable. 

  • Do you accept health insurance?

    No. For clients who wish to use their insurance benefits, we can provide a detailed invoice for you to submit to your health insurance for reimbursement for out of network benefits.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We have a strict TWO (2) business day cancellation policy. We charge the full amount booked if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with less notice. No exceptions.

  • What happens if I show up a few minutes late to my scheduled appointment?

    We will try to accommodate your entire scheduled session as best as we can. All appointments begin and end on time.
