Bloom Book Club
This fall, Three Trees Counseling is launching Bloom, an online lunchtime book club created as a welcoming space for women to connect, learn, laugh, reflect, and grow together. For our very first book, we’ll be reading A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD: Embrace Neurodiversity, Live Boldly, and Break Through Barriers by Sari Solden, MS, and Michelle Frank, PsyD
If you’ve ever wondered, “Why does this seem easier for everyone else?” or found yourself battling overwhelm, masking, self-criticism, perfectionism, or the feeling that you should somehow be doing life “better,” this conversation is for you.Together, we’ll explore what it can look like to better understand your ADHD brain, quiet shame-based narratives, recognize your strengths, practice greater self-compassion, communicate your needs, and become more comfortable showing up as your authentic self. And maybe one of the best parts? You’ll get to do it alongside other women who get it.
Bloom is a professionally facilitated book club led by
Kristen Rucker, LMSW, offering a thoughtful and supportive space for conversation, connection, personal reflection, and growth. No fixing. No pretending. No need to have it all together. Just women, a good book, meaningful conversation, and room to bloom.
